Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (End Customer / B2C)
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their independent professional activity.)
Note: This does not apply to legal entities / B2B customers (legally capable associations, GmbH, AG, etc.).

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods within the scope of a single order and these are delivered in a single shipment;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods within the scope of a single order and these are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (StreetPerformance Automobildesign, Kniebisstraße 22, 71106 Magstadt, Phone: 07152 3831348, E-Mail: info(at)street-performance.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement for goods that can be sent by parcel post until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
We will collect goods that cannot be sent by parcel post.
You must send back or hand over goods that can be sent by parcel post to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods that can be sent by parcel post before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post. We shall bear the costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel post.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if this diminished value results from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Grounds for Exclusion or Expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of electronic components or components that have been exposed to thermal or chemical influences;
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive (custom-made items or imported goods), or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs; this includes, among other things, the finish (color choice) of add-on parts, tailpipes, etc.
- for the supply of goods that are designated as motorsport parts or components not approved for road use. Only goods that are specifically marked and supplied by us comply with the regulations and ordinances of the StVZO, TÜV, and KBA; therefore, they may only be used in public road traffic with the approval of the TÜV, KBA, etc., and with a General Operating Permit (ABE) or expert report (requiring an entry in the vehicle registration documents);
- for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and the ...whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:
- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
